EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Cricket Association of Mizoram (CAM) invites sealed EOI for organizing & Managing local Tournaments
for 2023-2024 season. The detail tender documents along with terms and conditions may be obtained from the
office of the Hony Secretary , Cricket Association of Mizoram Office at Tuikhuahtlang, Aizawl , Mizoram on all
working days from 10:00am to 3:00pm upto 27th May 2023. An amount of 1000/- be paid as Tender Document fee
(non-refundable) in the form of Demand Draft on any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank of India in favor of ‘ Cricket
Association of Mizoram’ payable at Aizawl or in cash.
The EOI documents should be sealed and super subscribed as ‘EOI FOR organising and managing Local
Tournament for 2023-2024 season under Cricket Association of Mizoram addressed to the Secretary, Cricket
Association of Mizoram maybe submitted in person in the CAM office at Tuikhuahtlang on or before 28th
November 2023 3:00pm.
The Agency/ Vendor is required to provide the following:
1. Ground on rent when Suaka Cricket Ground is not available
2. Preparation of Ground for the Tournaments /Banners etc…
3. Ground Duty personnel’s/Marking as required
4. Trophies as per list provided by the Tournament Committee
5. First Aid as well as maintenance of Covid-19 protocol during the Tournament.
6. Providing refreshment for Match Officials and their remuneration.
7. Payment will be made on Actual expenses with agency charges.
8. Must provide a Credit facility of minimum 5,00,000/- to the Association during the tournament
9. The last date of submission of rates will be up to 4:00pm on 28th November, 2023
